The Maine Short Sale Network is a newly formed network of local Maine real estate agents, attorneys and loan officers all working together to help Maine families in situations of financial hardship.
Marty Macisso was a graduate of Scarborough High School in 1997. He later went on to graduate from the Universtity of Southern Maine School of Business where he majored in Finance and minored in English.
He currently holds an Associate Broker License as well as being a Maine Notary Public and a B.S in Business Finance.
After several years working for greater Portland area mortgage companies as a loan officer, Marty decided to make the switch to helping Maine families during the housing recession as a Housing Counselor and Maine Licensed Real Estate Agent working for Regency Realty.
Marty feels the Short Sale is a great way to prevent a foreclosure, if a Loan Modification has failed. After 12 months from a short sale, most borrowers qualify for a mortgage loan again.
Marty loves helping new home buyers realize the dream of home ownership and navigating them through the home buying process.
